real-world setting with the guidance of a mentor. The experience directly
relates to a student's career exploration and learning goals.
Pikesville High School student interns seek a "learn rather than
earn" experience. All of our interns works 10 hours a week at the training
site (your company).
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Employer/Site Mentor:
A mentor is an expert in a particular field willing to guide a student
through a meaningful educational experience. The mentor's responsibilities
